The TEAMS EBP Leadership Institute aims to increase the use of research evidence by leaders in public education and community mental health systems serving autistic children. The leadership intervention builds upon the TEAMS Leadership Institute (TLI), developed as part of our large, implementation trial to help leaders support the use of evidence-based interventions in their programs. The TEAMS EBP Leadership Institute will teach leaders to access and apply evidence from research and data to make decisions about intervention adoption, implementation, and sustainment. We will test how well this training works to improve the quality of evidence-based practice use for autistic children.
